what should i do i've been having waist pains on my left side everytime i excercise i cant even do alot of jumping jacks it starts hurting..

should i be worried or concern or should i just let it go not something to worry about or anything serious usually after i get finish working out my heart races but i think thats normal but when i do jumping jacks my side starts hurting badly i cant even do alot maybe its something not to worry about is this normal

This sounds like something I went through. You may be breathing wrong believe it or not. Make sure when working out to breath in through your nose and out your mouth. Try that next work out and see if it helps. What you describe is often called 'a stitch in your side'. If breathing does not work, mention this to a doctor next visit. It is probably not serious but if it prevents you from working out... mention it!

omg i have the EXACT same problem! i dont think its anything to worry about thats at least wat ppl tell me... i think it because some bones are more sensitive then others if they arent stretched etc. as long as the pain isnt terrible your fine. its the way we are lol ;)

You are not getting adequate oxygen. Just rest and catch your breath. Then resume activity. (and be sure you are getting enough fluids)
