My directv r15 is giving me a error 711, this happened when i turned back on after two months, previously it was working just fine, advise?

the issue is that my grandma is gone for a few months, so i do not have access to the info for customer support, any advise... thank you.

The error you received may be a technical problem or your account problem. To get rid of it, you have to contact the customer support for them to make sure that you are using one of the recommended browsers. could it be the lnb? I get signal, but none of the channels work... well, anyway thanks...:)
