Following points must be kept in mind while speaking to the customer: 1.Listen actively 2.Use analogies to explain technical concepts. 3.Use positive statements. 4.Beware of interrupting. 5.Keep the customer informed. 6.Avoid negative questions.
Firstly, we have to understand what is their Statement/Requirement/Need/Feedback. Then being nice to them we have to reach their satisfaction level. Gaining costumers trust should be the core value of a communicator of a company.
