Is there any other way to get Vitamin C without taking vitamins?

I have Acid Reflux and eating citrusy fruits trigger my acid and just make me feel horrible. Is there any other way to get my vitamin C WITHOUT vitamins?? I don't like the taste of them and I hate swallowing pills. Is vitamins my only option?

If citrus fruits are too acidic for you there are some vegetables that are good sources of vitamin C such as bell peppers/sweet peppers (particularly red ones): http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bell_pepper

Unfortunately you really just have 3 options about the vitamin C. Fruit, vitamin supplements and like the other suggested, a few veggies. If your reflux disease is that bad, it may be necessary to look at a prescription or different prescription from your General Practitioner. If you're really against that, maybe look into Vegetable Extract Supplements that would naturally have a higher Vitamin C content. That way you would get rid of that acidic factor out of your equation!

Vegetables. Have you tried the chewable vitamin C tablets?Powered drink mixes added to water. Vitamin C drops( lozenges)
