Get a REALLY loud alarm clock and put It across your room. When it goes off jump out of bed, run over and turn it off and then get in a REALLY cold shower! .................................................. Also tea has some caffeine in it but probably not enough
honestly energy drinksare bad to use since they wake u up for about 1 hour and then they go awayt making u feel tired the whole rest of the day............. the only thing tht can really wake u up is just sleeping early, all the chemichals do not help and r bad for you
Green juices, chia seeds, shower, music, organic green tea, a healthy breakfast, exercise, and...dun dun dun....a coffee enema with organic coffee. It gives you healthy energy without actually having caffeine in your system and it purges your body of toxins. I'll just leave it at that ^_^
Put on your I pod with your favorite playlist and wash your face with hot water and facial scrub (if you use it) then rinse with cold. Clears up your face, closes your pores, and will wake you right up!(:
The simplest and cheapest thing to do is have a good drink of water ( a pint if you can manage it). You are at your most dehydrated after a night's sleep. So drink water (nothing added to it) first thing after waking up. Try it!
Drink a glass of room temperature water and do some simple stretching exercises to get your heart pumping. I do that and some deep knee bends, then take a brisk walk of a mile or so. Jump in the shower before breakfast. After a week of this routine, you will find that you look forward to it every day. . . . I guarantee.
