Ok so my jaws have EXTREME pain whenever I eat?

Behind my jaw (both sides) or like inside it, whenever I eat, drink, or sometimes do nothing, it hurts severely bad. it's been going on for about a year now. at first it wasn't to bad but it's gotten worse. and today I was trying to eat just plain bread and it hurt so bad I started screaming and bawling (I've never ever cried from pain). it scared me. It feels like...my saliva is trying to some out but can't. or like there's a tiny needle hitting a nerve. should I go to a doctor or a dentist?

Either is fine, but a dentist may be more familiar with the problem. It sounds like you could have an issue with the joint there. http://www.webmd.com/oral-health/guide/temporomandibular-disorders

Both. You need to go to the doctor and dentist.
