How can I lose weight this summer?

I'm a 14 year old girl and I really want to lose weight this summer for my sophomore year. I want to lose 15-20 pounds. My problem is that I need to be stimulated or else I get bored with an exercise. And don't say you are fine the way you are, cuz I'm not. I need to be between 115 and 120. Please help.

I gained about 50 pounds from my pregnancy and trust me I'm desperate to lose it!! What I'm planning to do is:
-avoid all the unhealthy snacks, soda, sweet bread, also
-any meals after 6p.m. Anything after 6 will be either fruits, oatmeal, cereal, or one of those nutrition milk shakes.
-If you drink the warmest water possible in the mornings before anything else it will help burn calories.
-after the warm water make a veggie
and fruit shake. And drink that til lunch time. Them for lunch you can eat normally.
-try do walk a lot and jog as much as you can at least 3 times a week. but do bothI hope it helps!

Exercise at least two times a day watch how many calories you eat but doesnt mean you stop eating it :)

Also you can go on a kind of diet. My mom did a diet where she only ate fruit and vegetables and things that onlycome out of the ground. Its really hard but worth it. My mom lost a ton of weight.

Try to make a daily workout that you follow everyday. like 50 Jumping jacks and 25 situps it will help add muscle and get rid of the fat. Also be careful of what you eat. Try to set a goal of how many calories you have to have thats healthy but not to many that your gaining weight

Hey, I'm trying to do the same:) I've actually already lost a few pounds, too.
First, keep something to motivate you. Write down a list of the why you want to lose weight and how you want to feel once you lose it.
Then, change how much you eat. Keep it simple, just limit the number of calories you eat. My Fitness Pal is a great app for this. They key is to burn off more calories than you take in. If you eat 500 calories less than what you burn each day, you should lose a pound (3500 calories) in a week.
Start walking more, find exercise you enjoy (like dancing or something).
