As long as you have enough ports for the connection, then yes, you could do that. The printers would just have different names even if they were exactly the same printer brand and model. Not quite sure why you'd want to hook up two to the same laptop, but why not?
Normally people hook up multiple printers in an office environment to allow easier access across the office depending on where an employee is printing from, which is often done via a network rather than directly to a single computer.
