Eat lean meats like chicken and fish. Eat brightly-colored veggies. Drink lots of water. Use spices, not sauces. Use good oils like olive and coconut oil (NOT hydrogenated.) Grill, bake, or use a skillet. Don't fry. Avoid heavy meats like beef or pork. Avoid starchy veggies or ones you have to dig up. Avoid most bread and grains. Quinoa, barley, and 100% whole wheat are OK in small portions.
