LOCK AND KEY BY Sarah DESSAN! yes read that! Or there's, confessions of a not it girl by Melissa kantor (amazing drama book), and there's the darlings series. Then there's if I have a wicked stepmother where's my prince by mellissa kantor (LOVED IT), and there's the Ashley's series which is also amazing. I also suggest aloof the Sarah dessan books. They are fantastic.
Have you read the Infernal devices series? They are really good! They are by Cassandra Clare. The first is Clockwork Angel and the second is The Clockwork Prince. She's working on Clockwork Princess but isnt finished yet. Hope this helps!

Warriors by Erin Hunter (its about personified cats, so you may not like it...) Uglies trilogy To Kill a Mockingbird (it is an amazing classic!) Gone series by Michel Grant (mispelled his 1st name I think) Virals by Kathy Reiches Circles in the Stream by Rachel Roberts (it seems a little bit younger age focused, but its pretty good if you need something to read) the Laura Ingles Wilder series. Its a TV show, but the books are just so good! James Patterson is good...
Ooh!! It's a 3 book series, and its about vampires..( No, it's not a spin-off of Twilight, but its not stupid either. I was skeptical at first but fell in love) It's a romancy- teen book. And it keeps you wanting to read more. It's called Bloodlines. That's the name of the series as well. The next two are The Golden Lilly and the Indigo Spell. P.S. they are newer books published this year, and they're awesome!!
Assuredpromises recommends the first to books on this link. It's really cool because it can be read online! The books are entitled: Questions Young People Ask---Answers That Work. There are two volumes. All who have read them have thoroughly enjoyed them.
I have a few suggestions: --Shiver/Linger/Forever Trilogy, about people who become wolves in cold weather, a girl falls in love with one --Invisible Girl, about a girl who is abused by her mother and gets sent to live with her rich cousin Annie --Cursed, about a teenage girl who gets hit by a truck and dies, her sister's magic ability revives her, but now she kills anyone she touches and a group of people like her try to control her "gift" --Marked, about a girl who gets hit by a bus and becomes a Guardian Angel who must prevent the deaths of others
Princess Academy. Museum of Thieves. Goose Girl. Inkheart. Sophia's War. Anne of Green Gables. Constance. The Dreamer. Lord of The Rings. The Giver. Holes. Wolves of the Beyond. Life of Pi. Anything with a good message and lots of adventure.
