The answer depends on who you ask...most commercial yogurts greek, french, swiss, whatever, are full of artificial sweeteners and flavors, gelatins, tiny portions of a fruit serving, indegistible fiber (inulin), and dyes, such as a red dye made from ground beetles (carmine). Sure many are low fat, low calorie and boast probiotics, but nutritionally speaking they aren't particularly healthful. Choosing real yogurt, made just with organic milk (raw or pasteurized) and live culture will completely blow your mind. Yes, but watch out for the high fat content and stay away from the sweet flavors. Get the plain, low fat and add your own honey/sweetener and fresh fruit. The protein is great and if it contains "live cultures" it's even better.
