Call your local suicide hotline (check the phone book and look for the word "Samaritans"). Also, go someplace where people are, even if you don't know them, like a mall or a movie theater or a coffee shop. Seeing that you are not isolated can help calm down suicidal thoughts.

find a way to get out stress and pain take boxing,hang and talk with friends that are feeling the same way you do more than likely you can both help out each other,call a sucide hotline,watch a funny movie or tv show to make you smile,throw eggs at a tree that helps me, instead of hurting yourself fix the things that make you feel like dying or get rid of the things that make you hurt or wanna hurt yourself,worry more about your happiness,stay busy like working or doing a activity or sport or a hobbie you enjoy doing to keep your mind off of the stress,keep your hands busy and do stuff that requires you to use both hands so you don't hurt yourself,be active more drink water take depression pills,draw and sketch out your emotion and feelings and try sharing it by selling it to get money by putting it in a museum or a online art site,eat chocolate or ice cream and play video games that help you take out your anger,go for your dreams and not settle living in sadness anymore,find someone who makes you happy or stay around people that make you happy.
