There is nothing whatsoever you can do about your skin peeling at this time. Your sunburn killed the skin and it needs to come away and be replaced with new, healthy skin.
HOWEVER there is a way you can prevent yourself peeling after sunburn ever again. If you are silly enough to allow yourself to ever get sunburned again, pop into a warm shower and then turn the heat up slightly until the water feels "too hot". Wait a minute or two and this feeling will pass. Then wind up the hot water again until it again feels slightly too hot. Direct this uncomfortably hot water all over the sunburnt areas, spending more time on the patches that really hurt with the hot water - until you cannot bear the heat any longer. At that stage you can dry yourself and rub a little Aloe vera gel across the affected areas of your body.
BUT - remember that skin cancer is lethal - and it always happens on parts of your body that were repeatedly burnt when you were young. Any time after forty and you will really regret getting sunburnt so often. The time to be sensible is NOW when you are young and fit.
