We're sorry to see you go! But if it's time for a break, use a web browser to log in to your account and go to the Settings page. On the left side, click 'Your Account' and scroll down to 'Delete My Account' at the bottom of the page. Please note that although your account is closed, all your contributions to the Ask.com community will remain intact. It will not be possible to start a new account with your same email address, so if you decide at some point to return to the Ask.com community, let us know via an email to help (at) ask.com, and your account can be reopened.
Note: For security reasons, mobile app users must also use a web browser and follow the above instructions to close an account. To begin, go to www.ask.com and click "Sign In" in the upper right corner of the page; enter your email address and Ask.com password, and then follow the steps above.
