In my bsnl prepaid mobile, i am unable to send messages. what can i do?

You need to check your message settings especially on the send option. This is because if you are on a prepaid plan, there should be no limits on how you communicate to people. If the settings are okay, you will have to visit or contact the BSNL customer care.

Contact your provider. Maybe your phone does not have that capability. Some don't.
