Where would the best place be for a person like me to live if I don't like the sun at all?

I want to live where it rains almost everyday, no sun, dark stormy clouds, and usually rainy. I want to live somewhere where it's usually stormy I guess I could've said.

I agree with Sherry. Washington state does indeed get an abundance of rain, and I seem to remember when I lived in Louisiana, we got quite a bit there as well.

Gosh...it sure does rain lots in Louisiana!!
Report as
lol Yeah, I do remember after a huge rain once, there were "boats" in the parking lot of an apartment complex.

Matter of fact, I just now remembered something about the cemetaries and the graves being dug differently there....because of the wet ground.
Report as
Yep...a lot of the graves (especially in Nawlins) are above the ground...can get rather icky when it floods!!

Alaska, not surprisingly, beats all other US states when it comes to terribly cold weather. North Dakota, Maine and Wyoming are also rather cold and would be best for someone who doesn't like much sun. South America is also pretty wet, especially the Amazon basin.

Scotland, most of England, most of Britain actually, Wellington (actually there's a heat wave here now, but usually there's no sun to speak of)

Antarctica or the Polar ice caps

You can't live there it isn't possible, not to mention there is enough global warming as it is without people actually going to live where the ice is melting, so they can throw their trash directly in the water.
Report as
you can live there, you would just need equipment to hunt, get water, provide heat, etc.

Alaska may be the best for you without leaving the US... The Pacific Northwest is quite rainy because of it's lush rainforest surroundings, but only certain times of the year starting in Nov-April they get misty rain but the rain breaks and then your in paradise.
