What is the best way to get in shape?
i have heard that a good way to get in shape is to ease into a lifestyle of healthy food and workouts.some people take pills to stay in shape. some of them dangerous and some not.my money is on the lifestyle change, even though it is not fun to change your life for the worse, but hopefully it will pay off
running. and don't worry if you can't run for a long distance or time, it's about conditioning
working out. search up different regimes online. If you don't want to do that cardio , pushups, sit ups, are all a good place to start.
Don't eat too much junk food, eat vegetables and fruits. And excercise as much as possible, like 30 mind every day :-)
walk for 30 minute then jog 30 minutes
Eat less and exercise more.
Yoga will be one of the best ways,but persistence is necessary
have much fruits and juices (with out sugar),jus calculate your inn take and workout,dont take high calorie food,
Take a duece and then WORK OUT
