sounds good. a lot like what i eat in a day. it's good to eat meat for breakfast. i'm usually not hungry for lunch, so i eat a salad or smoothie like you did. just make sure that the smoothie has no sugar or artificial sweeteners in it. you should eat some meat for dinner. try putting a can of chicken in you salad.
I would add a little protein to your dinner salad. With your lunch smoothies, I would add some celery with peanut butter or a scoop of tuna. With your breakfast, I would start with a half of a grapefruit. Drink more water. Other than that, I can't think of anything wrong with your choice of diet.
