The difference is that love is heart felt whereas lust bears no emotional attachment. Unconditional love is when you love someone irrespective of their actions or beliefs. Unconditional lust is when you feel lust towards someone irrespective of there actions or beliefs. For more, visit http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Unconditional_love.

Lust is more based more on sexual relationship. You care nothing about the individual, only using them to full fill your desires. Unconditional love is with all the emotions you love with your entire soul you give the individual everything cause nothing else matters but the love you feel for them

love is wanting to be with that special person even though they gain weight or become wrinkley, lust is not wanting a difference in a person because they cant be with that individual unless he/she fit that perfect description they have in mind

Only God has agape unconditional love. When man is filled with His Spirit, only then can He emulate God's perfect love.
