Stay focused on your work out, develop a routine & stick to it. Don't socialize once your workout starts until your finished . Don't over-do, start out slow & I hope you checked with your doctor about this first. Enjoy
Most gyms offer group fitness classes. If yours does take full advantage of them. Just listen to the instructor they will help"coach" you as to proper form and moves. People in group exercise classes tend to work harder and have better results cause most people don't want to be the "slacker" in the class.
