After working out my legs are really sore i can barely walk any way i can faster the recovery?

I can barely walk! i walk on my tip of my feet lol... i cant like put any pressure on my leg if i sit i have bad time getting up because of the pain any way i can faster the recovery? instead of letting the time heal? please help

Drink a good quality protein drink and keep working your muscles even when you arent at the gym. Allow yourself to walk normally. Dealing with the pain is how you get bigger. If you arent wanting your muscles to be bigger... then dont lift so much weight.

my problem is when i was doing my legs work out i guess i was focusing on my right more then my left i dont have that much pain on my left leg like my right i can walk on my left but the right leg is where most of the pain is i guess that's a lesson for me now :)

Find a good protein drink. Protein will help your muscles heal faster. Keep going to the gym though.... it helps.

No pain, no gain , is a bad idea, when it starts to hurt you should stop. Go to another part of your workout, using different muscles, then return to another set of previous exercises.

joeys, try taking a hot bath in epsom salt! It will help with your muscle pain. Also eat a lot of potassium. Bananas and potatoes are good sources!
