well first it depends on how much you already weight. If you weight a lot the weight will come off quickly. However if you are in the healthy range/close it will take longer. In that case you shouldn't lose more then a pound a week, otherwise it will simply just come right back on...Or worse you could even gain more! Just avoid too much sugar and flour and workout everyday and that should help. Its a lifestyle. There are no quick fixes that are long term! :) Good luck!

You can try Dr Oz's 3 day detox cleanse. You can loose 5 or 6 pounds, and he says you won't get hungry, because they are shakes and not just juice.
