The emotion of anger is never wrong it's what we do with it that makes it a bad thing if we allow it to control our words and our actions, so I recommend writing it all down on paper( every swear word and all) then throw it away! We have less of a chance of that anger hurting the ones we love and yes even the ones who gave us the anger to begin with.
I go to the gym and pump iron like a maniac. Anger is an energy. Anger is just a motivator, it's the emotion that tells you something is wrong and needs to change. What you choose to change based on that anger is up to you. Choose something productive. Anger is not violence, although too many people respond with violence when they feel angry.
One time I had the opportunity to use a broom handle on one of those long heavy punching bags. Damn that felt good. Of course allowing that much anger to build up in the first place is probably not healthy. Since I gather you are a female, testosterone probably will not help you take out your anger in a healthy way.
