Not exactly, as Jesus Christ, the Word made flesh, did not exist until he was born on earth as a man. The Son, the second person of the Holy Trinity, known as the Word, did exist though. He appears in several places. Genesis "Let US make a suitable partner for the man". When the three men appear to Abraham it is thought to signify the Trinity appearing to Abraham, and a few other examples. But you get the point.
Well there is this old priest back in the Old Testament I can't remember his name but he had some kind of special power I think and then with shadrach meshac and abendigo when there were 4 people in the furnace so thats what I think.
misread the question the first time xD. Jesus, God, and the Holy Spirit are three and one (confusing) but God and the Holy Spirit made appearances in the Old Testament so Jesus, the son of God (being God, and the son of God) did make appearances according to my beliefs, hope this helps :)
