Desperate to be skinny because of my friends. :(

Okay, so i live in the boarding house in my school. I am friends with three girls and we always hang out. recently i saw how much more skinny they are than me. they has thigh gaps and natural skinny bones. im not fat...but i do have extra flab i can get rid of. i have considered not eating but i dont want to turn anorexic. i have started eating healthier (like having weat cereal not butter on bread, more salad, less desert ect) i also started doing small workouts once a week. i just want to be skinny like them, im not happy with how i look so dont bother telling me to im fine the way i am. please help!

Increase workouts to 3 times a week for atleast 20 minutes. You will see improvement within 1 month, everyone else will see improvement in 3 months. As long as you stay dedicated to working out and being healthy you should be like them in no time.

I remember when I succumbed to peer pressure. But seriously hit the gym go jog take the stairs not the elevator get into sports

You sound like you're doing the right things :) don't starve yourself! Exercise is more effective than dieting... But I'm sure you're perfect just the way you are :)

Park in the farther parking spot and walk into a store or school. You get in extra exercise that way.

I'm 15 and I was 169lbs and I was really mad at my self for being fat. So I decided to starve my self. I ate a banana in the morning and sweet bread for dinner for 3 weeks and on the week days I would run around the schools track for at least 25 mins until I gave up. Bt overall I became 149lbs within 3 weeks. Bt my doctors said that starving my self wasn't good. And now when I do eat I tend to over eat. So my advice to you is to eat but just eat very small portions. And go running.

If you cut back on your sugar and refined carbs, and stay away from red meat. The weight will come off. Don't be too hard on yourself. Make small gradual changes, and treat yourself to something special once a week. Don't let yourself get too hungry, otherwise you will be tempted to over eat. Eat more frequently, smaller meals to prevent that. Always carry healthy snacks in your purse, so you're not tempered to stop at a fast food joint when you're out. That has saved me many, many times. Hope these tips help.
I know you'll do well, you have youth on your side.

Maybe you should try puer tea,I've drink it for a long time,very good,ABC puer slim tea
