It's verse 22 of chapter 18 in the Levitical law. As for other parts of the bible where it says that is a sin you have that one in Romans that might make things more clear for you. Alot has changed since the Levitical law but the note in Romans is clear proof that's something that stayed the same. If you need that one I'm sure one of the other users that answered might know.
