What's the best way to get someone out of your house who's been staying too long who shouldn't have been there in the first place in Texas?

MIL's boyfriend or whatever shows up one morning at our house in SATX after moving to NC. He was gone. Now he's back. He won't leave. He's a drunk. etc. etc. etc. His daughter in NC kicked him out (supposedly).

He's not a renter requiring eviction process; he's an un-wanted guest with NO legal standing here.
Legally, he must leave upon request. If he refuses, call the police / sheriff.

The best way is to tell that fool to get out. It's your house, make a stand.

... Read the words 'fool' and 'yo' come from anyone not black (i'm not, anddon't say it much, if at all) seems kinda weird...Not racist or anything... Just...

I said "yo" but it auto corrected to that, I changed it. I'm not black, obviously you can tell from my picture, but if I were, how would that have anything to do with my answer?

And since when is the word "fool" only used by a specific race? I didn't realize there were words in the English language that were off limits to us "white people".

Nevermind, you're not going to understand.

Call the police, if he refuses to leave! You are not obligated to house anyone you do not wish to house.
