I need to lose weight i drink nothing but water and i did play sports everyday but due to my acl and mcl tear i cant really run anymore

I need help sit ups suck but ill do them diet i can if i really tried just tired of my stomach and when my knee heals i wanr to be able to jump like i use to

It's not uncommon to gain weight when you're used to having an active life style and have to curtail your physical activity due to an injury. Continue to eat healthy food in small portions and do exercises that won't hinder your injury recovery.

When I hurt my knee I had physical therapy for a few months. They gave me exercises to slowly rebuild my knee but also had me work my core muscles to keep my body balanced.

Get in the water. Take stress off of the joints. Provides all around resistance. It is fluid so non-jarring.
