How can I use ankle weights to my advantage?
put them on your first and go around saying nanananananananana BATMAN then hit someone....or you know put them on your ankle
I wouldnt recommend you using ankle weights it just hurts your knees in the long run you should invest in a weight vest helps your core all around
Going up stairs. Can also do leg lifts from a prone position. Elevate feet about 3" from ground and feel the burn, with ankle weights on.
Run with them on. Gives you good resistance and helps you get muscle faster.
When doing daily activities wear them.
If you are doing leg lifts or lunges it makes that exercise much more effective.
