Whats a good weight loss program for a 13 year old?
Eat healthy foods , eat fruit instead of junk , and try to exercise as much as you can ! Build up a sweat and burn those calories off ! Even walking helps ! Then turn the walking into a jog . Then do some home exercises ! Good luck , you can do it !
