I ran a mile really fast for the first time in like 5 months today and I'm already sore. How can I not be sore tomorrow?
I'm on the swim team but today I had fitness testing and I had to run the mile. It's been about 2 hours since and my thighs and inner thighs are already sore. what should I do to help it go away quickly? I have a swim meet tomorrow so I can't be sore for that. Also, how can I prevent shin splints? those are the worst.
