Can I feed my rabbit only carrots as a normal diet?
I ran out of food pellets and can't get any more for about a 1-2 weeks.
Just carrots is not a balanced diet ..not even for a rabbit. http://bunniez.hubpages.com/hub/Bunny-Care-Guide-What-To-Feed-Your-Bunny-Rabbit--What-Do-Rabbits-EatGRASS AND HAY: should make up the bulk of your rabbit's diet, and should always be available to it. Make sure if you do feed grass that it has not come from anywhere that has been treated with pesticides, or could have been.
You could give him carrots..but I would try to give him a variety..maybe a little lettuce or some other small veggie scraps too. :)
I don't see why feeding your rabbit carrots would hurt.
Carrots are fine of course, but not the only thing you should feed, that's not enough, buy some alfalfa pellets or feed a good hay, rabbits need greens, you should always offer a salt ring too
