Run 2 miles a day.
Eat lots of salad and cut wheat out of your diet.
High Protein-Low Carb, abstain from sugar, drink water, work out twice a day... Good luck and good health...;)
Weight doesn't come off that fast. It's unhealthy.
Well you could try the lemonade diet. Depending on how your body reacts to things it may or may not be the best option but u will definitaly lose weight fast. Search it in google
