tip on how to be skinny

I'm 5'2 and 153 and I want to go down to 130 to 120 in 6 month how can I do that without gaining it all back and eating as much please help

Don't go on a temporary diet. Diets that are temporary basically set people up to fail. Simply just start eating healthy and exorcising. Drink water instead of soda. Instead of picking up a bag of chips, pick up an apple. And as for exorcising, you don't have to exorcise like crazy. Just take 30 minutes a day and go for a walk or jog. Once you kick the unhealthy food and start exorcising, the weight will fall right off :)

Keep a food diary. Write down EVERYTHING you eat and drink. Once you do this you will be able to see where you need to make wiser food/drink choices. Exercise for 45 mins 6 days a week give body a chance to rest on the 7th. eat 3 meals a day, NEVER skip breakfast! A late afternoon snack of fruit or veggies is a good way to keep your energy levels up. You can do this! It is just a matter of finding a routine that works for you.

You have to do all over exercises as well. but if you want to target and spend some extra time, crunch, reverse crunch, bicycle. Here is a site that can help.

Do exercises and walk like 45 mints and 4 time a week and drink water and try not to eat food that have to much fat , eat special k, it worked for me. good luck

Go to the doctor and check if the weight is related to any medical conditions, if so get treated and eat healthy and all that other stuff. If its not related to anything metabolic, try diets and professional loss weight, by that i mean things that have to be supervised by people that know what there saying. If all fails blame it on genetics.

counting your calories is the easiest way to lose I find and to keep it off if you reduce your calorie intake by 600 calories a day you should notice quiet a difference or make your intake 1200 to 1600 a day and you should lose 5 lbs a week one you get to your ideal weight increase your intake by 200- 400 calories a day and you will gain 1 or 2 lbs but then you will should stay at that weight. I have been dieting for year and that is what works for me when I want to lose a few lbs. Hi protien and low carb food are best to eat. They are better for you and complex carbs keep you full longer.

Eating: Feed your hunger, not your appetite. Hunger is a physical sensation in your stomach; it's empty. Appetite is that naught little voice in your head whispering, "There's some leftover cake in the cupboard."
Exercise: Ride your bike instead of riding a car. When you do travel by car, park far from the door if it's safe. Take the stairs instead of the elevator. Any little bit of extra activity you can add, along with a workout if you have time, will help.

run a lot ,watch your diet , don't eat after a certain time ; like maybe , 7:00PM ; or something like that, try not to eat red meat ; chicken is better . If you're serious about losing weight, you will follow my advice .good luck ,remember skinny is not beautiful , neither is being fat , beautiful is looking healthy .
