Can you help me with my anxiety problems?
I have been dealing with severe anxiety for about two years now. It is not bad enough to classify it as an anxiety disorder but it is still very hard to deal with. The weird thing is that my anxiety only seems to happen when I'm at school. Anywhere else in the world, I'm perfectly fine. But when I'm at school I just get extremely nervous and have a very hard time speaking. Also my throat tends to get very dry. No matter how much gum I chew or water I drink, nothing seems to help it. Non of this makes any sense to me nor anyone I talk to about it. Some insight would be greatly appreciated! :)
