Is this something I should be worried about?
I recently started a food log a couple of weeks ago and from it I found that most of my daily calorie intake doesn't come from actual food, but from soda. I know its unhealthy, but I'm so busy that I often miss entire meals (especially breakfast) and supplements them with soda. My doctor tells me I'm under weight, but I don't consider myself to skinny. Is my diet, though, something I should be worried about, enough to really change it?
