Ok, so I have celiac disease. As most people know, this means I can't eat wheat. It actually doesn't make me sick to eat it.
But I know it's not healthy to eat wheat, esp while I'm pregnant, with the celiac disease. Would it be ok to just cut back and eat a little wheat still, so I can still have my cravings, when they start? Or would that be too much to eat any at all? And what all can I eat, bc I haven't been on the diet since I was like 12, and Idk what I can and can't eat. I know I can't have bread. I think I can eat meat, though.
