Is there anything wrong with being a "9 to 5" person?

Report as

No. Why would you think there was something wrong with it? At least you have a job, that's what matters.

There's the issue of being a sheep or just following the norm having a lame life.

Unfortunately we all have to work. So I guess in this situation, following the sheep, or following the norm, is something you HAVE to do. Not really an option.

Hi, Ziggity. What do you mean? You mean working (in where I live) normal hours "9 to 5"? (Well actually it's "8 to 5" if you count a 1-hr lunch hour!)

Yes I'm referring to normal hours.

No, honey! But, like I said, where I live, people actually go in at 8 a.m., take a 1-hr. lunch & then get off at 5 p.m., which makes an 8-hr. day. But in some places also, of course, we've got people who do shift work, like 7 to 3, 3 to 11, 11 to 7; that's how most of the factories run.

a lot of people would be envious of your normal work hours. Think of all the people that have to work weekends and nights, that really don't want to. You're lucky to have a job too. :o)

Your question is somewhat confusing. No, there is nothing wrong with holding any legitimate job, no matter what the hours are.
