What is a healthy weight for me, I am 5'4 and currently weigh 155.

Hard to tell, Your weight isnt what you should concern yourself with. How much of that 155 lbs is muscle? How much is fat? Muscle weighs more than fat.
No one should ever really judge themselves by the number on the scale but how they feel. How clothes fit. How people look at you and perceive you. Things like that. You know if you have fat on you to lose and you know if you dont.
Please dont worry about the number.... Just judge for yourself.... and stay off the scale.

Yeah, I like that... I feel great, and most people tell me to not lose much more... so I initial goal was 150 - so we will see how I feel when this last 5 pounds is gone.

Awesome. I always suggest that people go with how they feel. WAY too many people want to get to a certain "number", and that is so immaterial. No one should ever have to step on a scale unless a Dr is needing the weight for prescription dosage.
If you feel great but would feel better with about 5 lbs off.... then knock those extra 5 off and be happy.
Good luck to ya.

Muscle does not weigh more than fat. A pound is a pound.

No.... Muscle DOES weigh more than fat. Muscle is HEAVIER than fat is. Muscle is dense. Fat is not.
You are right about one thing... a pound is a pound. but what would you rather get hit in the head with... one pound of lead or one pound of feathers.

Why does a 250 lb bodybuilder look smaller than a 250 lb fatty? Hmm??

It really depends on whether your male or female and how much of your weight is muscle or fat. Your weight for your height doesn't seem unhealthy.

It also depends on age and gender! That sounds like a decent weight, though.

Female...that height...123-143. Male...add 10-15. If you have not gone through puberty, wait until after to see if the weight changes naturally before trying to alter your diet!

Average for adult women - 133lbs
Average for adult men - 142lbs

Just remember that it depends on your age and body content (muscle/fat).
