Hard to tell, Your weight isnt what you should concern yourself with. How much of that 155 lbs is muscle? How much is fat? Muscle weighs more than fat. No one should ever really judge themselves by the number on the scale but how they feel. How clothes fit. How people look at you and perceive you. Things like that. You know if you have fat on you to lose and you know if you dont. Please dont worry about the number.... Just judge for yourself.... and stay off the scale.
