What helps you to clear your head before focusing on more important tasks?
it's too hard to explain my situation, but basically I need to work on a paper and I'm filled with all this other stress and pressure put on by "other people." I'm worried about even dealing with my emotions after being done for today on my paper, which is preventing me on focusing right now. I don't know if that made sense... help please? my dad accused me of not talking to him for two weeks... I can never win... I am busy, I have an essay to work on, and that's 100% false and I don't even know where that came from... I've talked to him many times.. also worried I'm being a bad friend because I've been to busy to visit and ugh just have too much stuff in my head to think clearly... Help?
