Why do I itch every time I exercise or start to sweat or get hot?

I itch everywhere but mostly around my back and chest. This is a serious problem. I remember having this when I was a little kid to whenever I'd get out of the shower I'd start to itch like a tingly sensation not like a scratchy itch, and when I put a shirt on it would be fine. But it's gotten worse in the last few years. I noticed even during any non physical competition I'd feel it too, could it be my body's reaction to adrenaline, something with my sweat glands, or something in the water? I get sunburned easily if that helps.

Well, it can be because of two things, firstly, you may have some kind of fungus. But if it was fungus, then you would see it. Secondly, it can be psychological. I have too but not like you. Not this much. When you got into stress psychologically or your body goes into stress (physical)(Like getting a shower, a hot one), your body starts to produce some various hormones, and yes, one of them is adrenaline too. On some people, like you and me, we produce this more&faster. When it reaches to your blood and when your blood travels into your body, you get itchy. Dont think about it too much. If you think, you will be more stressed and your body will produce more hormones.
