After not eating for awhile, I get dizzy and black out if i stand up and cry easily?
After not eating for awhile, I get dizzy and black out if i stand up and cry easily, as if I'm stressed, and also my hands shake. Me and my Mum have this, and we dont know what it is. We just call it sugar crashing. It's been like this for 10+ years and Ive been to the Dr, thinking It was blood sugar problems or diet problems. Nothing showed abnormal. I eat everything healthy(plenty of veggies and fruits and bread etc..) and rarely sweets or sugary things. My blood type is 0 so I call for lots of protein but I don't eat much meat, Yet I make up for it with rich protein veggies and foods. Can someone give me any tips or comments!?!?
I'm keeping a food journal and writing notes so I can figure out what I eat and drink, and if it's causes it. I drank a root beer, and all of a sudden I stop blacking out. Is it the fact I do need more sugar in my diet?
