Can anybody give me some good exercises?

any excercises at all that would help get me toned!! please

I'm guessing your a girl since you love pink so I would go with cardio run a lot do some sit-ups some squats anything that keeps you sweating and you gotta eat right too

But of your not a girl dead lifts will work but not too heavy if you wanna get toned and not buff and benching and stuff too

Dead lifts. Be careful though, this is kinda dangerous.
