I'm guessing your a girl since you love pink so I would go with cardio run a lot do some sit-ups some squats anything that keeps you sweating and you gotta eat right too
Dead lifts. Be careful though, this is kinda dangerous.
Cardio with light weights & more repetition. Pilates tones!
