How can I eat less?

I'm staring to eat a LOT..I don't want to gain weight from eating so much, how do I stop?! I'm literally like always hungry. thanks x

What exactly is it that you're staring at? I'm confused. I'm thinking if you stop staring, maybe you will eat less. Give it a try. :)

I'm always hungry to, but I figured out I just want to eat because I am bored. Maybe that is why you are hungry a lot too. It also could be that you are trying to fill a void with food because of a loss.

You are probably eating because you are bored. Instead of heading to the pantry or the fridge, take a walk, or do something that interests you. Also try drinking a glass of water instead of eating.

Hey I had the same problem till I got a job at a pizza place. I barely eat there cuz I smell food all day. Also, i lost about 20 pounds :D

Chewing gum when you are hungry can distract you. Be sure to eat proper portions of a healthy diet. It is said that carrots have no calories, if you're hungry and it isn't a meal time, munch on some carrots.

Eat about 4-5 things a day to keep your body fit and keep your mind on something else besides food.
