Too much vit D can cause serious, permanent damage to your liver and kidneys. However its very difficult for most modern people to even get enough vit D let alone too much unless youre taking masdive doses of supplements. As long as you take them under a doctors directions youll be fine. Most of is are dangerously drficient in vit D.
Vitamins are NOT CANDY and should be taken only according to directions. They should be treated as seriously as medications. Where are your parents that they let you do something so foolish. There are other vitamins that you can seriously damage your body with as well that are easier to OD on, like vitamin Bs and vit A and vit E.

Too much vitamin D can cause nausea, vomiting, poor appetite, constipation, weakness and weight loss. It can also raise blood calcium levels, causing changes in mental status such as confusion. High blood calcium can also cause abnormal heart rhythm. Too much vitamin D over a long time can cause depression, headache, sleepiness, and weakness, as well as calcium and bone loss. It can also cause the arteries and other soft tissues of the body (such as kidneys, heart, lungs) to become hardened and lined with layers of calcium. This condition is known as calcinosis.

Don't take more than the recommended dose. And taking 45 at once, may cause some serious problems with your bowels, keeping you seated on the throne for a few days without a break.
