I am so tired. What to do about it?
I can't go to bed earlier because I do sports that don't end till like 9pm. Help?
1. Clos your eyes, for 20 min & make your mind clear don't think about anything, Kinda relaxation, if you could work with your mind it's really helpful 2.take Cold Shower specially put your toes & legs under cold water, 3. if you couldn't take shower, Give some Massage to yourself , round your neck & your shoulder then Just make wet back of your neck with Cold water, 4.Listen to your really favorite songs Good Luck :)

Take a short nap...
music or read, you'll eventually get tired
Take a nap.
Drink an energy drink and move around. Or take a nap.

You won't like this suggestion, but how about LESS involvement in sports. If they are what is taking up your time so that you don't get enough rest, that's what you need to cut back on.
Drink coffee and eat a lot of candy? Haha
Agree with deepdark, your schoolwork comes before sports. Sports are great to be involved with but that is not the reason there is school.
WAKE UP!!!!!!!!!!!! Just kidding. Try to cut down on sports. It seems as if they are doing way more than making you tired. Hope I helped!:)
