Are their any possible ways to stop my sister from talking really loud when we go to restaurants? Haha please help. Thx (:

When she is loud lower your voice to a whisper, or very soft. Hopefully she will get the hint, or tone her voice down to match your level.

I like that, maybe it'll work for mine too.

Mona, I just went through this last week. My one friend is really loud and she drops F bombs. I sink in my chair.
I tried lowering my voice and it helped... Kinda. : )

Ok there's really only 3 options here
1. Put duct tape on her mouth
2. Lock her in the car until your done eating
3. Ask her to be quit
(I recommend the third)

Depending on her age, you can try different things. If she's younger (I'd say five or younger) you can "bribe" her with things like candy, toys, playing games, etc. For instance, "Hey, Lizzie, if you use your inside voice for ten minutes, I'll give you some candy!" If she's older (around six to ten) you can say things like "Hey Lizzie, you're pretty loud. It's bothering other people. I'd be happy if you stopped." If she's even older than that, just tell her flat out. If she gets mad, tell her that you didn't want to lie. Good luck!

Your parents should be telling her to lower her voice as it is bothering other diners. Did you sit beside us last night??
