coffee has antioxidents and something in it that makes cancer sells commit suicide. maybe just swap out every other cup of coffee you normally drink for decaf? it's really not bad for you unless you have ulcers, kidney stones, gall stones, or your digestion has a violent reaction to hot caffeinated beverages.
a better way to NOT drink coffee? not putting it in your mouth is the easiest way. and it's absolutely guarranteed to work. those"energy" drinks seem like the kind product that in coming years doctors will say " oh,you shouldn't have used those, we now know they'll cause blah blah blah!". so,just power through the caffiene withdrawal headaches,lay off the energy drinks and with agood diet your natural energy will return, and you'll feel great. been there. good luck.
