How do I lose weight fast ? *read*

I am 13 years old, I am 5'8" and I weigh alot for my age. I need to lose about 50 pounds . I'm really tired of getting pick on by many people about my stomach. i really need to do something about it . I started starving myself but It only made things worse . Also, diets have never worked for me.I really want to lose weight, but I have a really busy schedule . how do I do it ?

Exercise more & eat less. Yup...it's that easy. But, it sucks cause there's so much good food around.

I am 14 5'6 and weigh 145lbs now and am losing weight still by doing crunches every night and drinking a lot of water. Bring a bottle to school and even if its just for a little try to run or use an eliptical daily

Well, I suggest participate more in physical education, go to a local gym to work out for 3-5 days a week, cut off processed foods and sodas. Avoid sugary snacks. Hope it helps.

At your age you should be very active. That's not to say you may have a slow metabolism at your age. Your going to have to make it a priority to get outside and play more. Sit yourself down and write out your busy schedule and figure out what you can cut out and start being more active.

Im on Aderall for ADHD and it made me lose a lot of weight fast and gave me more energy! My grades have really improved too!

Try 2 drink hot cofee after ds have some jurging 4 about 20minits everyday
