What Symptom is this?

3/29/13
Perfectly Healthy, and active.
Allergies- None known

Yesterday, I woke up to a stuffy nose only on the right side. Deciding to take a Sinus Symptom Medicine with water that I've been drinking my entire life practically, (expect when little.) The entire day there was no change, as the day went by after I had fun horseback riding. The 2nd day now on 3/30/13. I'm dealing with the same stuffy nose problem from yesterday, and now a runny nose with it once in awhile, followed by watery eyes when I'm about ready to sneeze but never do over 1/2 the time.My mom said it was just all the extra pollen floating about, but I'm not entirely certain. Within a long hour seperation, I took 2 more Sinus Medicines which was about 10a.m, then now just before going to bed at midnight, I took 2 Allergy medicines incase that's what was the case, and still no change. Still drinking water too.

Has anyone else had this problem? What Symptom is this? Cold, Flu, etc? Thanks for responses.

What you have are symptoms of a cold. This is what is accompanied by blocked or running nose with watery eyes and sneezing. You can get over the counter medication for this but if the symptoms stay for longer, it is good to see a doctor. Read http://www.webmd.com/cold-and-flu/cold-guide/cold-symptoms-types.

Sounds like seasonal allergies to me, when you blow your nose is it clear or yellow? If it is yellow it might be a sinus infection, if clear probably allergies. You should talk to your doctor about it if it persists.

From blowing it was clear, all the other seasons that went by I was never allergic to any of them. Same for for animals too. Non Allergic. Rather annoying to be healthy and yet get irritated with such a common symptom. The symptoms like described are there, but I'm also certain wherever the tissue is in the Sinuses that causes it must be inflamed or something, 2 days ago I was breathing normal. If it's a common cold in some wierd way, I'll fight to the bitter end until it leaves.

Your body can change, I never had allergies until they just seemed to pop up out of nowhere. Experts are also saying that more and more people will be affected because of climate change and more pollen and different types of pollen being in the air. Just don't rule out allergies.
